Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to request cancellation

Email info@unlimitedteck.com with your name, order number, service name and the request. You may also use the cancellation notice below. We review the service stage and the rights that apply to your purchase.

Consumer cancellation rights

Where applicable, consumers may cancel a service contract within 14 days of entering the contract. If you expressly ask us to start work during that period and then cancel, a proportionate charge may apply to work supplied as permitted by law. Any loss of a cancellation right for a fully performed service requires the consents and acknowledgements required by applicable law.

Before work starts

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel before work begins. We return amounts due under the applicable cancellation rules and the agreed service terms.

Work already started or delivered

We assess the agreed scope, work completed and any applicable consumer rights. If a service is faulty or differs from the agreed description, contact us with details so that we can review correction, repeat performance or a refund as applicable. Included revisions are explained on each service page.

Refund method and timing

Refunds due under a valid statutory cancellation are issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, subject to the rules that apply. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Monthly services

A monthly service covers one agreed month. A further month requires a new order. Contact us promptly about cancellation of work already booked or started.
