After placing an order

We send an itemised order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout after the relevant payment confirmation. Check your email address carefully and contact info@unlimitedteck.com if you need help locating an order.

Brief and onboarding

We collect the brief, brand assets, approved access and project information stated on the service page. We confirm the requirements and delivery schedule before work starts.

How services are delivered

Design files and reports are delivered by email or a secure download link. Account management and website maintenance are performed in the agreed account or website, with delivery notes or a report. Monthly service start and end dates are confirmed during onboarding.

Delivery estimates

The service page gives the delivery estimate and included work. The period begins after we receive the required information and confirm the scope. Late approvals or missing access may change the delivery date. We communicate revised arrangements if a material delay occurs.

Advertising services

The management fee covers the described work. Your advertising budget is approved separately and paid to the advertising platform. Provide assets and a landing page that comply with the platform's rules.

Order documents and support

Order documents identify the purchased service, currency, amount and order reference. Invoices identify UNLIMITED TECK LTD, company number 17464238, as the seller. Contact info@unlimitedteck.com with your order number for delivery, billing or cancellation enquiries.
