Services and prices

The description, deliverables, requirements and duration on the service page form part of your order. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes and the total payable are shown before the order is placed. Advertising budgets, external subscriptions, hosting and paid software are charged separately when the service description says so.

Ordering and payment

Check your service selection and billing details before submitting an order. A successful payment authorises us to begin the agreed onboarding process. We send the order details to the email address supplied during checkout. Work starts after we receive the required brief and access and agree any necessary delivery arrangements.

Service periods

A monthly service covers one month for the agreed project or account. A further month requires a new order. Changes to the agreed scope require confirmation of any additional fees before the additional work begins.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate requirements, timely approvals and lawful access to materials or accounts. You must have permission to use the content, brand assets and other material you supply. Use business-role invitations for account access whenever the platform supports them.

Delivery, changes and acceptance

Delivery dates depend on a complete brief and the approvals described on the service page. We communicate material delays and revised arrangements. Included revision rounds and final file formats are shown on the relevant service page. Let us know promptly if delivered work differs from the agreed scope so that we can review and address it.

Cancellation and refunds

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation process and any statutory consumer rights. Your rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.

Ownership and third-party terms

Rights in commissioned deliverables transfer as stated in the agreed service scope after payment. Third-party fonts, stock media, software and platforms remain subject to their own licences and terms. Campaign approval and advertising results depend on the advertising platform and market conditions.

Responsibility and disputes

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Any contractual limitation is subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability that the law prevents us from excluding.
